• Present the Zscaler cloud security platform to prospective customers
• Gather customer technical requirements through discovery calls and whiteboarding

• Performs billing, collection, and accounting functions including invoicing, reconciliation, and analyzing account activity for various insurance plans.
• Interacts with internal departments, attorneys, and customers to resolve account disputes, collect outstanding balances, and explain billing services clearly.
• Manages collection processes, initiates draws from customer accounts, and recommends actions like drawing on letters of credit to resolve overdue balances.
